My son has been a patient of Sims Orthodontics for a little while now and we all love the care he is showed by all of the staff! My child got his brackets today and went in nervous but all of the staff made sure he felt comfortable each and every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Sims and the amazing staff he has! All of my children will be patients of his when the time comes!

They were awesome!!! They made us feel right at home. They worked with us on scheduling appointments. They paid attention to detail. They have a neat set up for working on patients. You’re all in one room in a big circle. They have plenty of staff to help out. Dr. Sims has a warm welcoming bedside manner, which we feel is important that made our son feel comfortable there.

Everyone is super nice and talkative! Never had a bad experience here, friendly staff that care about their clients.

I have been a patient of Sims Orthodontics for just under a year now. From the first appointment I have been and continue to be thoroughly impressed by Dr Sims and his entire staff. From the front desk to the back office assistants you are treated with kindness. Mrs. Lisa is the assistant whom I usually see and she has an incredible way of making her patients feel at ease and completely comfortable. She is both patient and kind and is willing to answer each and every question you may have. From the beginning of my treatment, I knew I made the right choice choosing Sims orthodontics. I’m about to get my braces off in the next week and I can’t wait to see the results. If you’re in the market for an orthodontist, Run, don’t walk to Sims.. you won’t be disappointed!

Our first visit at Sims Orthodontics’s was a “Free” Consult for our twin girls. We chose Sims after a visit at 2 other local Orthodontist Facilities. Dr. Sims and his staff did not disappoint, they were professional, patient, & friendly all our questions were answered and was given some informative info for future Ref. On their 1st visit they were given a really Cool gift! The Girls went in today for their braces and in their words; What was once a “Dream” has now become a reality, through out the entire process Dr. Sims, Ms.Lisa, Ms. Amanda & his staff we’re awesome, fast It did not hurt; painless, friendly & very welcoming the facility is always clean and they are truly “One Of A Kind” thanks to all of you and an awesome family friend this would not have been possible, we will definitely recommend you to all of our family & friends; sooo grateful!!!

My family has been coming here for over 3 years. One of the best decisions for our children's health has been choosing Dr. Sims for our orthodontist. Through every stage of our treatment plan, my children and myself have been treated with kindness, patience and feeling like we are special. Dr. Sims has never rushed any aspect of our care, he truly wants what is best for the individual patient. Every time we come in for care, you never have the sense of being rushed or overlooked. The staff are exceptional!! My one child has been very anxious over her care and the staff has lovingly embraced her and has proceeded at her pace. It is a genuine family atmosphere. Everyone can participate in someway. My kids love the hot drink area, the game section and the incredible fish tank!! Most of all though, Dr. Sims is the heart of the operation. He is gifted with his dental and people skills. He always has a smile for everyone and takes all the time needed to either answer questions, reassure a patient or just be present. I have 3 children right now under Dr. Sim's care and I know that their dental needs will all be taken care of. The whole family thinks Dr. Sims is one super cool Orthodontist. Thank Sims Orthodontics for being such an exceptional office, each of you are worthy of recognition!

We took our son to Sims Orthodontist for a consultation for braces today, and it was amazing. The staff was unbelievably friendly, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The waiting room even had a coffee bar a PlayStation for the kids, and some comfy bean bags to lounge in. Dr. Sims and Nicole were incredible and made us feel right at home. If anyone needs orthodontic care, I highly recommend Sims Orthodontist!
