Had the first evaluation appointment for our son and what a great experience that was. Sharon was so thorough in explaining everything. The staff couldn't be any nicer. We had our second appointment with Lisa to have the molds and bite impression made. Our son like how well Lisa did her job that he requested her to put on his braces. Lisa did and amazing job! Lisa was also very thorough in explain all the after care. Defiantly a great place and staff!

My invisalign experience was good over all. The 1st tray hurt a lot but aside from that it was much easier than braces. I have had braces in the past and this is much better. The staff is very nice at both offices, they have supportive attitudes. I haven't been to any other orthodontists in the area but I would choose Sims again.

Dr. Sims and his staff are absolutely wonderful!! They are always extremely friendly. My daughter and I are both using their services. My daughter has braces and I have Invisalign. They work with you on payments so the financial part is made much easier. They always schedule our appointments together so I don’t have to make extra trips. There is never a long wait either. I am a perfectionist and I am impressed with the attention to detail they give! I’m super excited to see the final results. I highly recommend Dr. Sims! And Lisa, one of his assistants, always goes above and beyond to make her clients comfortable:)

My 10 year-old son had his first appliance put in about a week ago. I was very impressed with the attention and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was very patient and caring to my son. Each doctor spoke to us, reviewed my son's records as well as gave an exam. I feel very confident in the doctors' abilities and recommendations for my child's health. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and doctor. My son has health issues and they have gone above and beyond to help him and soothe his fears. Festina, Brittany, and Nicole were fantastic in helping him and taking the time he needed to get his appointment done.
