Wonderful staff and doctor. My son has health issues and they have gone above and beyond to help him and soothe his fears. Festina, Brittany, and Nicole were fantastic in helping him and taking the time he needed to get his appointment done.

Sims always gives me and my family the best service. i am always satisfied with results and they have left my teeth looking better than ever!!

As an adult I debated getting braces again . I had them as a teenager and life happened so I never finished the work I needed to do. But I decided I was going to get them again and I am so glad I did. Dr. Sims is wonderful and his staff is awesome too. Everything is moving along with my braces and it is really coming together now. So if you are debating getting them like I was .... get them it has been well worth it . I am so glad that I did and I really can't reccomend Dr.Sims enough he has made it a great experience for someone who wasn't sure if she wanted to go through braces again as an adult.

I was out of town on vacation, when my arch wire popped out of place. Thankfully the friendly and inviting staff at Sims were able to accommodate me and fit me right in as if I were there own! In and out with a quick fix! Thank you Sims Orthodontics!

I've been going here for only just a couple of months and I've had no problems at all. If I had a problem with my braces they don't mind fixing it and would go out of their way to spend extra time just to make sure I'm comfortable. Fully recommend this place!!

My daughter, 12 yrs, was really scared but they all were very nice; they explained everything and in fact it was so easy! Besides our appointment was at 2pm and we didn't have to wait. She also got a gift 😉

Having your teeth corrected or any kind of work can be scary but Dr. Sims and Staff have been a blessing. Very friendly and thoughtful in making sure my children are comfortable the minute they sit in the chair. Lisa has been Fabulous along with Dr. Sims with getting their teeth corrected and looking amazing. We will miss coming here as we will be moving. Good care is hard to come by these days.

Recently we needed to make a last minute change to my daughter's appointment. The staff was very accommodating and was able to help us find an appointment immediately, even though the schedule was filled. Dr. Sims and his staff are absolutely amazing! I recently moved to the area and was already in braces. I was seen very quickly and my treatment was continued seamlessly. I couldn't believe how easy it was! Dr. Sims and my oral surgeon worked together to determine the best course for me and his staff are always very flexible with scheduling. Dr. Sims and his staff create a wonderful atmosphere that makes getting braces, enjoyable! We had to move out of town in the middle of my son's treatment and Dr. Sims worked with us in order for us not to have to transfer to another orthodontist. One day, we couldn't make it to the appointment until almost an hour after they closed due to a flight delay. Dr. Sims and his staff stayed and waited for us. I can't thank them enough for being customer centric and understanding.
