This place is amazing. Lisa made time to come in after hours to repair my daughters braces to keep her from suffering throughout the weekend.

Both of my daughters have been patients of Dr. Sims and Trawick for almost two years after being highly recommended by our general dentist. We have had AWESOME experiences at this office. The staff is fun and friendly, and the doctors take the patients' concerns very seriously (always pleasing a teenage girl is no easy task, and they do it every visit!). I was quoted a price for the treatment at the beginning and was pleasantly surprised when they offered a check at the end of the treatment due to a credit on my account! If you are looking for quality care, honest and fair prices, and a business that treats its customers like family, Sims & Trawick Orthodontics is the place for you!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer all questions and made my boys feel comfortable. They explained the process as they were putting the braces on. I highly recommend them.

Today was our first visit. Dr Sims and everyone on staff was so friendly. We were given a small tour and they explained everything that would be happening during the visit.

Both of our children have been seen here (one got braces one is waiting until they are a bit older) and so far we’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience. The kids aren’t scared of the doc, his staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and inviting. Thankful that our regular dentist suggested us to use this orthodontist.

Dr. Sims and his staff are great! My daughter was nervous at first, but they helped to ease her worries. Office is always clean and they even offer snacks and drinks while waiting. Never had to wait long either. Would highly recommend them!

We had been here for a few consultations and didn’t feel pressured at all to get braces on right away but only when the time was right. Each part of the process was discussed very thoroughly. My 10 year-old son had his first appliance put in about a week ago. I was very impressed with the attention and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was very patient and caring to my son. Each doctor spoke to us, reviewed my son's records as well as gave an exam. I feel very confident in the doctors' abilities and recommendations for my child's health. Highly recommend!

Two of our daughter got braces here. The experience both times was great. We hope our third daughter doesn't need them but if she does, we know where to go.
